weekends from June 15 through October 31 and also to Holiday
weekends.

Seven night minimums on Cottage and Beach House rentals from
June 16 through August 26 (with some possible exceptions).
Cottage weeks begin on Saturday - Beach House weeks begin on
Sunday.
Cottage and
Beach House rates are for two people. Charges for

Gift Certificates available Deposits:
A deposit of 50% is required on all reservations.
Cancellations: Refunds will be made on Cottage
and Beach House cancellations received 30 days prior to the reserved date
and on inn room cancellations with three weeks prior notice. Cancellations
with less notice will be refunded if the space is re-rented. A $20 cancellation
fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits.
